    Hobbs High School Choir Boosters

    9/7/17

     

    Call to order 6:21pm

    Attendance:  Jessica Carranza, Jennifer Fraley, Cindy Roberts, Lisa DeLaRosa & Victoria Hernandez

    Reviewed minutes but not approved due to not enough board members.

    New Business:

    Explained to Victoria about either being VP or secretary. She will let us know at next meeting.

    February 20, 2018, A Cappella will sing with SW Symphony

    Awesome Graphics is doing the polo shirts. Cost is $719.99 Tax $49.05 Total of $769.04. Shirts will be ready by 9/15 for All State Prep Day.

    Still working on a date for banquet.

    Pansy/Tulip sales started 8/31 and will end 10/3.

    Candle sales will start soon after.

    Goody bags need to be made for Men's Choir on 9/11 and All State Prep Day on 9/16. Jennifer said she will take care that.

    Discussed the Dallas Spring Trip and decided Jessica needed to send an email to all parents to see if we get any more interest. Right now there are only 12 that said they are going, and must have at least 25.

    Next Meeting Tuesday October 3rd at 6:30pm Choir Room.
